Dye penetrant testing is a simple, non-destructive surface inspection method that allows for the detection of surface-breaking defects. It can be used for in-service monitoring or during manufacturing. Types of defects that can be detected with this method include cracks, quenching cracks, etc.

Today, we offer you our expertise in dye penetrant testing, guaranteeing reliable and precise detection of surface defects. Thanks to our in-house integrated dye penetrant testing line , we perform your tests under optimal conditions of quality and repeatability. Eddy Current Testing

Eddy current testing is a non-destructive testing (NDT) method based on the flow of induced currents in an electrically conductive material.

FrANDTB

The FrANDTB (French Aerospace Non-Destructive Testing Board) is the reference body in France for the qualification and certification of personnel in non-destructive testing (NDT) in the aeronautical and space sector .

In concrete terms, it defines the rules and requirements that NDT technicians (ultrasound, dye penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, eddy current testing, etc.) must respect to guarantee their competence.

The FrANDTB relies on the European standard EN 4179 , used in aeronautics, to ensure a high level of quality, reliability and safety in the controls carried out.

CIFM

The CIFM (Industrial Committee for Manufacturing and Maintenance) is a professional organization representing stakeholders in industrial manufacturing and maintenance in France. It works to structure the sector, promote best practices, and support skills development, particularly in the field of non-destructive testing (NDT).

In this context, CIFM relies on recognized standards such as ISO 9712 , which governs the training, qualification and certification of NDT operators, thus guaranteeing reliable controls carried out by competent personnel.
